Well there you go everyone, the ad we've all been dying to watch and as you can probably guess from my title, I'm not exactly in love with it...
Dont get me wrong, the productions good I like the song, I like the timing (the lightning as the start gun.) and I like the characters that he presents, but it just doesnt excite me and no the smile didn't really appear on my face like it did with gorilla. It just didn't surprise me. Sorry.

Oh someone on another blog mentioned where he gets his ideas from... well from this it looks like a mix between a delayed flight (that point where you stare out onto the runway cos theres nothing else to do.), Pixar's Cars and the airport terrorism bit from Casino Royale!

Im confused... What bridge are we meant to have burned? I love other ads by Juan but this didnt meet my (Rachel's) expectations. Thats just my opinion and nothing against anyone. We were told by some creative directors that we should hate all adverts and strive to beat them. But each to their own.
It was just a word of advice, to be more blunt I guess I’m saying you could come across a bit cocky seeing that you are both still at Uni.
Try to be less critical seeing that it’s your work that should be critiqued.
Thankyou for your advice we appreciate it. Honestly (or we wouldn't post the comments!). We need all the help we can get, we are still learning after all! But if we liked everything then we wouldn't need to advertise would we!

Nice blog, I'd suggest you do post some of your ideas as its a good way of getting noticed.
yeah we are planning to put some ideas online, our last portfolio were not too keen on anymore so were not gonna put that on, however some of the stuff were working on now shall be up soon...
